    You can refill them many times, however eventually they will start tasting funky. You'll know then that it's time to restuff the cart. Remove the old stuffing, and replace with fiberfil or fluval. There are several good videos on how to do this (it's quite simple) in the video section of this site.

    I can only attest to the 510 lithiums. I strongly suggest following the manufacturers instructions for each individual model. My mini-pipe batteries don't require the 20 minutes vape and recharge for instance. Lithium batteries vary from model to model - size and MaH.
