I don't clean the atty, BUT I do change out the stuffing in the cart I am using every other day. I also quit mixing VG or glycerine with my juice. No LorAnns for me either. Clean stuffing and clean juice is the answer for me. Since I started doing this I haven't had any failures. From my DIY...
Most excellent, mamu. I guess that for some the nic mgs work for them at lower levels. 18mg for me didn't satisfy my craving for nicotine, but I don't usually vape constantly except for a couple hours after I get home from work. I'll admit that I have to put down the 510 for a good 10 minutes at...

It's been done with mixed success, but if you have enough spare carts go for it, and let us know how it was for you.
Get a hamster, drop one small drip of nicquid on the back of his head.
When he starts to slow down, drop another drip. You can usually get 7 or 8 carts per drop. :)
disclaimer:
Don't really try this folks. It's a waste of perfectly good nicquid, and a perfectly edible hamster. :)
The caps that come with the carts should always be kept. They will keep your juice decent for a lot longer period of time than it takes you to vape up another cart.:)
Welcome to the club! Nice review also. I was a heavy smoker and found that vaping a high nic concentration is what finally did it for me. I don't even think about analogs anymore. The carts that came with my Dura were 18mg? Way too weak if you were more than a pack a day smoker. Move up to 36mg...
I've personally experimented with these. One battery taken off when green, the other conditioned as per manufacturers specs.
The conditioned battery has outlasted and outperformed by a very noticeable degree.
#1 RULE -- regardless of what you have read or what you may think. Lithium...
The problem with monster warranties is like anything else electronic. Better stuff will come out to make your machine look and perform old-school. Compare a 901 to a Dura. Still want to suck on a 901 for 4 1/2 more years?
I'm not really knocking any product, but these devices are fairly new...
IMHO the 510 is still the best buy out of the box. Manual batteries, great size, great vapor WITH taste, bangin' throat hit with little effort. Drip to your heart's content because the batts are sealed. Dripping aside, several mistake overfills can cost you on any non-sealed batt. Why take the...
Okay - drunk proof. First of all, hope you're using a 901. You never want to loose a Yeti in a bar. :)
Next, have enough batteries charged to make 3 complete units. Colors don't even have to match because when everyone's blitzed, who cares?
Next, order three of these from The Widow...
It does not work with the older style manuals. They are too long. The PCC also won't work with the new shorter manual batts if the PCC model isn't the current one (with the little groove for the button).
I like leaving mine on the charger for two hours, green or not. This seems to help for some reason. I don't know why, but my impatient wife snatches hers fast, and always runs down quicker than mine. Hehehe...go figure.
From my experience running up to 6 volts seems to run them 'cleaner'. At times I think that a lot of atty problems stem from the 3.7 batts. I tried the 'Magnum mod for free' a couple weeks ago with my 801 attys (that I rarely use anymore) and they woke up like Vince McMahon on steroids.
I use my attys until they start to bug me. Then they go in a drawer for future experimentation. It's fun to try to 'bring one back' but I never expect much.
