Steeping
Hey, with "dirty" I meant I simply mix all the ingredients directly in the liquid bottle, shake and go. No fancy mixing equipment, no heating and stirring of juice, no steeping. This does not mean I use "dirty" equipment or methods, no, I´m very careful to make my juice precisely the same...- Kusie

My posting seems to have upset you somehow... If I said something that offended you I am sorry. All I was trying to say was that the Ares was not designed to have different air inserts. That's all. I don´t think the fact that the air diffuser is removable does imply that the air port was ever planned to be a customizable. Let´s face it - it´s a "budget tank", targeted at newbies as a first hassle free RTA with everything included you need to build it besides juice. -

When I started vaping and decided to buy my first RTA and build my own coils I also had to decide what wire to choose. Google for "kanthal twisted wire". it´s basically 2 kanthal wires twisted together, you can also get premade twisted wire with 3 or 4 wires twisted together. The idea is to increase the wire surface and get more vapor. HTH, K. -

Well I can only speak for myself and not for "the people" but 3 ml is NOT enough for me even in MTL. That´s why I replaced the standard 3 ml tank with the ~5 ml bubble tank from cleito. I use around 4-5 ml per day so 2 ml would mean I´d have to refill 2-3 times a day ... with 5 ml I can run all... -

Btw, sometimes the O-rings in cheap clones are of very low quality and give a very bad taste, especially when using with juices that contain any form of acid or fruit. -

No leaks here. I think it´s because of it´s very simple design with only one big opening and o-ring, and when closed tight there are simply no leaks, no matter if I use the PMMA or acrylic tank. Downside is that I always need a little screwdriver to open it. The only thing that occasionally... -

I couldn´t agree more. It´s amazing how slight variances can affect how your vape tastes. Specially when you have complex mixed DIY juices there are SO MANY variables that can affect the taste. For example my all-day juice is a "Mojito type" juice made from two different lemon concentrates, rum... -

Thanks, yes, that "plant/leaf-like" experience is exactly what i´m looking for. Too bad that concentrate seems not to be available around here anywhere. Seems many flavor brands/manufacturers are only available in the US or Europe (maybe because of ingredients not allowed by TPD2?).- Kusie
