    For the nights you just don't feel like peeling potatoes..those ready made by the hot dogs at the grocery are really good. Tonight I added sour cream and horseradish..yum! Beats the heck out of the old instatnts.

    hmmm..my pot is one of those farberware things with the fancy lid...I don't like it...I prob. do need to turn down the heat. I'm not a patient cooker. The rice was hard..so I added more water and cooked longer, then again. Oh and we have electric burners, so maybe since it takes longer to go...
