    Yeah it is simple. The cartos that Squid mentioned (soft cap) you just pull the cap off and put drops in so no need to use the condom method. But most pre-filled 4081 cartos are not like that and the condom method is by far the easiest way for those.

    Liberty Flights has a sale on EGO for $40 - just so you know. As far as adapter, not sure. i have 4081's but rarely use them anymore. The taste is a bit different than a 510. 510 are more "airy" because of more vapor - but I have never tried to use an adapter to use with my EGO - so not sure.
