    Cartridges

    Are you referring to cartridges or cartomizers? Either are refillable... If you are new and don't know the difference, a cartomizer is an atomizer/cartridg in one piece, hence making the ecig a 2 piece model. Some sites refer to carto's as "cartridges"...and causes confusion.

    Do a search on modding cartridges. I am not sure what you mean by trimming them...but many people alter (mod) them in an attempt to get them to work better. I messed with all of that for a couple of weeks and finally gave up and went back to cartomizers - too much of a hassle for me.

    I agree. A ban is being attempted and is likely. They certainly are trying via the courts. Exactly why I have been stocking up. My biggest point was if labeling will prevent this attempt and the answer is clearly no. However, it is still a good business practice and should be done for that reason.

    Any Ego type device actually delivers about 3.2v when in use. Perhaps try a slightly lower resistance to get more hit, maybe the Boge LR carto's. Those are 2.0 ohms and probably within the "safe zone".
