    I know the "changes" in the tax code were supposed to help the middle class but last year I got $300 back and this year it looks like I am going to have to pay $750. I am def middle class and made less in 09 than I did in 08 WTF?

    I sell life insurance as part of my business and with 50k or less UL or VL no nic test with most companies, 200k or less term and no nic test. Anything over those amounts and you will have to take a nic test and you would receive the smokers rate.
