Stormi had used tubing from spray bottles she had in the house. I guess our topic today is how size doesn't matter really!
I like the thin tubing because I, too, was afraid of flooding the atomizer. I used the thin tubing from the lighter and have just never stepped away from it. And it's...
I better get back to this question or I never will!
Just to add to the Dropper Bottle picture I put up earlier... I do not put any holes in the bottle.... everything is fed as-is. As for different sizes of tubing.... if Stormi is still around..... she has tried various sizes and could answer...
:lol: @ NicoTime!
I may have scared Sci away with my dramatic reenactment of him not caring about 14500 battery mods and insinuating that he was cheating on me with my brother? :(
And we're on a new page....... but I don't have any pics....... :unsure:
Oh wait a second......
Speaking of...
LoL! Missed you!
Yeah, I was going to comment on what a little peen you have over there in your thread but I figured I better not. :lol: No one has to know Nico. Just like these mods prove.... size doesn't matter.
Now.... if you happen to know where I can find a Chrysler engineer...
See.... paint jobs and shiny gloss throw people for a loop.
If it turns out like I want....... it will definitely scare people away from modding a Nico-Drip V2...... yet, it's only a Nicostick with juice feed.
Ahhh..... but the paint.....
Do you mean in my "Modding Bites" pic? My brother's birthday present that isn't getting done? And his Birthday is, like, 8 days from now? :unsure:
I melted some of the ABS Plastic left over from the box (like I showed in the V2 how-to).... then filed little fangs and sanded.
If you look...
I'm not real familiar with the touch switch, Shadowlife. I've read about it back when I had time and was just a heavy duty Lurker learning but can't really remember much about it. I think the biggest info I came across was in (/drum roll) THE OTHER FORUM (/echo) ....... They were discussing it...
:lol:
Ok..... okay....... I'm sorry...... I couldn't resist! Sci and Nicotime aren't around to pester me so I simply must pick on myself. My gawd..... I'm trolling my own thread! :blink:
omgitsthr33..... thank you regarding the Nico-Drip V2. And keep in mind.... I'm a fairly novice modder...
My brother informed me that, on normal settings, it takes 10 posts... regardless of length.... to get to another page in the thread.
I am trying to figure out the best way to post a Nico-Drip V2 how-to thread without obliterating any viewers on regular dial-up from being able to see it...
omgitsthr33.... if the 5 volt is the one you want..... you should order the parts..... by the time they all arrive, the 5 volt how-to will probably start being posted.
If someone were to follow a how-to about the speed it takes for me to get it posted..... they would not be overwelmed in the...
I did not plan on doing a how-to on this 5 volt because I honestly did not think anyone would want a how-to because no one ever made the Nico-Drip V2 in spite of the instructions. It was insinuated that it was too hard. Well... the 5 volt is definitely more intricate than the V2. See where I'm...
I think we should be on the next page now... so here are two more pics regarding the Low DropOut Voltage Regulator installation
And here is another detailing the bottom battery connection:
LoL @ Nicotime! Yep.... it is hot here in Florida..... in the 100's lately. :tongue:
hangin1... I know.... I was just making sure that you knew. I totally understand not having the time. Maybe Jiff or someone can help you out? Also..... like omgitsthr33 has hinted at....... keep your eyes...
Oh-k ...... there ya go folks........ Nicotime has huge monster hands! :ohmy:
That ball peen hammer looks so tiny in them! No wonder this mod seems so small to be able to do and hold so much.
How much do these "A HP 51645A print cartridges" cost, Nico?
(and get my name off that huge peen...
Thank you Shadow!
I decided I would do the how-tos like I wish they were done when I first started venturing into modding..... pictures to easily download with the info right there in them. User friendly and, hopefully, questions answered or easily figured out.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just...
hangin1.... you wouldn't be able to possibly make one for yourself? It would take time and patience.... but when the how-to is complete.... it would be possible.
It's just that I've seen people jump into buying mods.... then, sometimes even before the mod is finally made and delivered...
