    Yes. Why would you do this to your lungs on purpose? It's safer than ciggs-but air is MUCH safer than vaping.

    :) My favorite line on the street-and usually from smokers-is "do you know what's in that thing???" LOL-I usually look at them and start answering. Then I hand them a list of what's in the cigarette they're smoking-too long to list out loud. I just smile and walk off at that point.......

    I stepped WAY down-but think I'm happy where I normally am now (6-12 mg). Any lower and my bpd starts to rear it's ugly head more than it does now.....then I have to go back up.
