Ok, so I've totally taken over Wally's thread, but I've added/edited/modified my home fitness routine to:

Hmm, that's an idea...but no, I have this picture of snapping myself in the eye with tiny rubber bands. Yep, I AM that accident prone, 9 times out of ten when I play baseball...
I need to keep track of my stardusts better. Since my sense of smell isn't too keen it is hard to tell what is what with the clear tubes. So when I am not paying enough attention, things get...mixed. Coffee on top of sweet and creamy menthol =pretty good...coffee on top of strawberry =VERY BAD...

Lol, they are enjoyable. A little tip if you are making them from scratch and you want to keep a container of batter in the fridge over night or even for a few days...add yeast in addition to the baking powder etc. keeps them nice and fluffy. I just tend to dump some in, but there are recipes if...
And if you have beer with your dinner pancakes, that opens precedent for having beer with your morning pancakes tomorrow. I used to use that same magical breakfast logic with vodka and cranberry juice or harvey wallbangers ;)
