Need Help With Alien Clapton Coils
Not necessary. A micro chuck maybe (cheap investment, works great with wires), but you don't necessarily need a 4pc chuck. Been using 3 for all of my aliens and they come out like- Tom Forde

More wraps lower ohm's?
That's what we do in the building section. Well. I actually forgot to tell the OP that 18g Ni200 is the best to build with. It heats up super fast for such a thick wire & has a decent resistance. Just make sure to go 24 wraps on a 3.5mm or 20 wraps on a 4.0mm ID :D- Tom Forde

It's a process of learning, took me a lot of wasted feet of thin 32-36g wire to learn how to properly wrap an alien but I have a method that works 100% of the time. RDA Kennedy 24mm RDA thoughts.
This is truth^ on the drip tips. The tip that came with my super slam cap is significantly shorter going into the cap than the tip on my standard dragon cap. -

Do you own a drill you'd be willing to use to spin coils & thinner gauge wires (32g&up)? You could make a 24/32g clapton or something like that. Pretty easy to make & while it'll give you a slower ramp time, you'll get more flavor. -
