    What I did with my v3 was angle the coils so that they were parallel in line with 2 strips of the AFC holes and close off one set of 3 on each side. It was better than a straight build but still lacking in flavor

    I've been using the loop method too with thicker gauges (under 40 above 30), but I still want to find a way to get that kind of spacing while working with a spool without wasting a ton of wire. Loop method is great though.
