    I'm staying at home and jacking up relaxing music (can't get the dog to wear earplugs) and watching the fireworks on TV w/o the sound. While it's light out, just being totally lazy, relaxing w/ my peppermint e-juice & catching up on sleep. Movies sound good! Wish I'd have thought of that...

    If you mean from a top refill, (no cap) I was noticing that too. You might want to try flipping it over w/ the condom still on and tapping it. It works for me most times. When it doesn't, I use the extra to top off or to fill/top off a 2nd cart. Hope that helps.
