We had ribs at the inlaws. Salad, sourdough bread, broccoli, and baked potatoes for late lunch/early dinner. I ate a tad of everything except the chocolate mousse pie. I had a stinkin' frozen fruit bar instead.
I still need to work on the closet. Wondering if I'm working tomorrow. I called...
Working on laundry and trying to prod myself to the hall closet to clean it out some. It's the closet that you have to duck when you open it. I've got to get it at least usable in the next couple of days.
Good morning. I got up pretty early this morning. Apollo wouldn't let me sleep in.
Last nights dinner was supposed to be meatloaf. It turned out to be giant hockey puck. Gross.
Shew, puppy duty really sucks. He is catching on though. At nine weeks old he wil go in to his kennel when we tell him to and the paws at the leash and stands at the door. Slowly but surely he is doing good. He's doing fairly well with other commands like sit and stay and lay down...
Dinner tonight was supposed to be really good. BUT, something went terribly wrong. I'm 42 and still don't have this cooking thing down very well.
Ed wants one and I found a few on Amazon and they even have jerky kits to use. I make order one for Ed as surprise, although I do want one too.
No cookie cooking here. I would like to make some haystacks but I know myself and I'll eat them in abundance. Need to find a low cal low sodium healthy sweet dessert recipe to make. I'm thinking of getting a dehydrator so I can do fruit.
I still can't believe they nicotine test you. That's like testing someone for caffeine to me. Ridiculous.
Rough day. Finally home. Hope everyone is doing good.
We were going to have leftover pinto beans and cornbread for tonight but somehow they have managed to finish 2 pounds of beans by lunch today. Guess they're on their own for dinner then. I'm not cooking tonight. I'll be having a salad.
