The point is not to keep people from vaping, but scare them into learning how to use it properly and keep the ones that don't want to learn proper safety procedure away...

    You need to be more specific about the battery, what brand is it?. That will say weather or not what you are using is safe. Also is that .5ohms both coil or .5ohms each coil?

    Would not recommend polishing it, but you could clean it with a q-tip and alcohol. Make sure all the alcohol evaporates before using it though.

    What these regulators need to do is require mods to have an "explosive if misused" sign on it somewhere. Similar to what you see on cigarette packs. That will scare most users into using them right.

    I get erratic behavior similar to what you're experiencing with UD SS316L on my DNA200 also. What I found helps but not solve the problem is to build high ohm spaced coils. Also I am not familiar with tcr ratings, but are you sure what you are using is accurate?

    Reasonably priced authentics are the way to go. High priced tanks are a thing of the past. Clones are alright, but I rather support manufactures who release affordable authentic gear, it fuels innovation.

    My Wismec DNA200 only states not to use batteries with torn wrappers only and my IPV3 just states not to use broken batteries, nothing about amps. I just gave them a look over to confirm. What I really meant was something more visible, like a warning on the back of the box in big bold letters...

    I always joke to my friends about if the mod seems off they should throw it like they would a grenade lol. I make sure what they are doing is safe though. I'm surprised these mods don't have warnings on them. I never seen a mod come with battery warnings.
