Make sure that you have ECF's email address added to your address book, and that the emails aren't going to your spam or junk folders. Also add exceptions for ECF to any filtering software you might have.
With devices like the eGo, your best bet is seeking a replacement. Unfortunately they're just not worth trying to repair when you can get new ones for less than your labor would cost.
310V is constantly out of stock. I haven't seen anything worth buying on their site that has been in stock yet. I have wanted an iHybrid and a Juggernaut for months now, and yet....

Another "trick" I used to do with the cigalikes was to punch a hole in a bottle, put the draw-end of the PV in the hole, and vape through the mouthpiece of the bottle...
I tend to buy juices I'm not yet familiar with in 10mL samples, and then if I like them, I will go back and order more. If I read correctly, you have a total of 40mL of juice...that should last you a while, but only time will tell.
The other day I got some tracking emails for orders that were purchased quite a while back...
Today I noticed that ENS staff hit the wrong button and sent out tracking emails for all customers! LOL.
