I don't think you'll be able to fix it yourself without voiding any warranty it might have. It sounds like there's an issue with the connection between the LED and the IC.
I can't say I have. However, some of my juices have gotten really good after a day or two.
Also, remember, voltage changes have a tendency to change the flavor of juices.

Perhaps he or she was just out to cause a ruckus and you happened to be the lucky one to get chosen for the robbery. They noticed something shiny and thought "hey! That looks expensive!"
Also, not sure if it's been recommended, but I doubt (of course I could be wrong), that they actually cut the lock and broke in just for a ProVari (no offense to the ProVari). I'd make sure nothing else was stolen.
