    I've found that throwing it against the wall seems to help! (Disclaimer: DON'T do that!) :P I don't think you'll be able to fix it yourself without voiding any warranty it might have. It sounds like there's an issue with the connection between the LED and the IC.

    I'd be more apt to use a small piece of secured conductive metal than a magnet. It's quite dangerous to use a magnet.

    I can't say I have. However, some of my juices have gotten really good after a day or two. Also, remember, voltage changes have a tendency to change the flavor of juices.
