    I can't speak for why the numbers are different, but the way the conversion works, anyone you were friends with, you automatically follow and they follow you. I would suspect that those who only had you as a contact and not a "buddy" or "friend," would be those extra two people that now follow...

    Off-topic: I know someone with credit in the 500s that got 5% APR on a BMW... Best wishes with the issues in your personal life. As far as the bank goes, you might as well not waste your time writing to them and simply switch banks.
