    Are you sure? Royal smokers has a bottom feeding carto?.Im pretty sure Vorex's are made by Kanger not Royal smokers. If Royal smokers is making a ce3 I dont think it is the Vortex unless others have dubbed the vortex 'ce3'.That was my understanding anyway.

    I like the size of my Provari and I dont find it is top heavy with my MAp tank at all.I uses an 18490 but has the technology to convert the 3.7v to 6v.If you wanted to use your 18650 batteries they make an extension bottom cap but Im not sure that would keep it short enough for your needs.
