Do all 801's suck? or is it just mine?

I've said, someone needs to write a book called "The Art of Vape". Seriously, this is not as easy as plug in the cart and vape. There are always things that have to be dealt with. I guess with electronics, especially devices that have heating elements like an atty, that builds resistance...

Do all 801's suck? or is it just mine?

I have a brand new atty that goes through juice like an older atty does at 6V. My thought is the resistance of the atty is allowing the atty to run hotter, thus use more liquid. I don't use carts, because I'm simply not good with them. I never had luck with PTB's, and the best use I have...

    How to spend a Saturday

I have 750mAh rechargable LiFePO4 batteries (RCR123A's), they last about 7-8 hours of fairly consistant use. I can't really say for sure on the non-rechargables, but there are a few folks who read the thread who can give you an idea. As far as 6V vaping goes. Don't bother with carts, keep...

    How to spend a Saturday

Yes those will work just fine, at 6V. If you don't prefer 6V you will have another problem, finding a 3.7V non rechargable lithium battery that will fit/work. That's really all that I am saying, you are going to be very limited unless you live close to a store that sells the high power...

    How to spend a Saturday

You can get standard Lithium CR123 batteries from most any photo department. They're not very econimical, but they will work just fine for 6V when used in a series. These are not rechargable. 18650's, RCR123A's, and the other rechargable Lithium cells are much harder to find locally, if at...

Or would he even have to keep them in stock? Photoshop anyone? Oh darn, the flashlight head is still out of stock. Backordered until 12/31/99. *snaps fingers*

    How to spend a Saturday

That's a good idea but it adds a problem as far as buyer protection, not that it would be needed, but it wouldn't be in the best interest of the buyer or seller to do that. I like the idea of marketing it as a flashlight. So what? It has a fitting that just so happens to fit my 801 atty's...

    Lorann Coffee vs Keoke Coffee

I have mixed up some incredibly dark liquids, and they vape great. You may want to get some VG to add to your liquid. It doesn't really take much to a PG base liquid to add a great deal of vapor.

thank you universal forces for inventing the multi charger!!!! and t bag insert!!!

There are plenty of manufactured mods that take batteries that you can buy from US sources or Chinese sources for cheap. You can even build your own. A couple of suggestions. Invest in a passthrough or build your own. Preferably one that does not use an inline battery. This takes one of the...

    High Voltage Atomizers

This really makes me want to get one of those variable voltage tekkon power packs and use USB passthrough on it. This way no matter which atty I am using I can tune the power pack appropriately and get the right vapor. It's either that, or slowly work my atty's up from 3.7V devices up to 6V...

    High Voltage Atomizers

Would this basically negate the benefits of 6V vaping then? I have a new penstyle atty that works great at 3.7V, the vapor tastes burnt at 6V. My higher resistance atty's give horrible vapor at 3.7V and a much nicer vapor at 6V. 5V however does seem to maintain a sweet spot, I really like my...

    18650 box mod?

I'm sure it is with the right size box. A 18650 won't fit in a AA battery box, it's too big.

    Flavors all melding together...atty?

I've let an atty soak for days before. Normally I soak for an hour or two. Good idea with the medicine measuring cup. You can usually blow them out and let them sit for about 30 minutes and they are dry. Alcohol dries pretty quickly.
