    Try zero nic liquid, especially in the evening. This helped me and also convinced me that I don't really need nicotine. Figuring out the right nic level is part of the learning curve.

    510's are great but they have some taste issues. Lots of reports of bad, metallic tasting attys (usually resolves itself though). In the UK, try intellicig. Their Evo is an M401 which, in my opinion, is a great tasting and vaping model.

    Deal extreme sells the refills for those e-health cigs for about $3 for 10. I wouldn't bother. The disposable 510 from Madvapes as suggested above is a much better use of your money.
