I've done extensive research on this topic. The bottom line is they simply do not produce protected CR2's (AW used to, but they don't and have no intentions of making more) your only options are LifePO4. Which are safe chemistry batteries, they wont explode or cause harm. Excellerator...- M3Tyler

Yeah, I noticed this as well. I broke out the Multi-meter and found that with regular Li-on CR2 batteries (non-rechargeable) they are only charged up to about 2.9-3.0v. With them loaded into the BB, I get about 5.9-6.0 without load. With the SB on the other hand, the CR123's charge up to about... -

Vaping Plastic !!!!
If you're only dripping with 6v, I'd suggest just trimming the carts. I cut off about 1/4" maybe a little more of the cart with some scissors. I was unable to avoid melting carts, regardless of "lining it up" properly with the bridge. Can't melt plastic that isn't there :P- M3Tyler

Good luck, seriously... I tried, failed. I spent more money trying to get RY4 down on flavorings and unflavored nic juice than I care to say. I could have stocked up on a lifetime supply from any number of our suppliers for the cost of my quest to make it myself...LOL- M3Tyler

I did confirm with the seller, these are indeed 280mAh. But they are definitely LifePO4, so if safety is a concern over battery life for some, these maybe a better route to take. Just an FYI...
