If you need that heavy punch in the morning like an analog used to give then you need something with a little extra voltage. I smoked for 30 years and just got a 6 volt mod and it can choke me if I'm not careful. The standard 3.7v PV's got me off analogs completely since the day I started and...

18mg Truesmoker Whisky juice!! No burnt taste and I swear after 5 hits I felt drunk. Well, maybe not drunk but absolutely buzzed. Only lasted for about 5 minutes but I really felt like a drank a shot of whisky. Using a regular PV like a 401 it always tasted good but I never got a buzz from it.
A regular envelope might not be the best way to send a small metal adapter. If those envelopes are running through a sort machine at the PO that might be what is punching them through the paper envelope.
Oh, and I tried a 510 atty @6 v. too. Tiny bit less burnt taste but not much.
I know it. They are Tenergy RCR123A 750mAh. I looked them over and can't see anything damaged about them. They wern't swelling at all when they were hot. Voltage test is fine even under load. I've been using them today and no problems.
I'm not diggin 6volts AT ALL! I was taking it pretty easy only holding the button for 1-2 seconds at a time, keeping the atty good and soaked and it burned out my favorite 801 within an hour. It was a well used atty and 3 months old so I wasn't too suprised. Stuck a brand new one on there and...
