    Yep, that's what it is. I've found the best fitting adapter(s) extend approx. .5mm above the end cap. It produces just enough clearance so the brass doesn't get scratched.

    I absolutely would NOT run it at 1.5 ohms and 5 or 6v...but that's just me. For 5-6v I make a 3 ohm setup and it's nice and warm and full of flavor. 1.5 ohms @5v = 16 watts. Do you really want it that hot?
