    Their 9v box (when they restock) makes for a really good palm sized mod that accomodates the 18500. Then, if you want to REALLY go stealth, get Madvapes' 1AA box; cut it down and make this. lol ....seriously, the 9v box is a real winner for large battery stealth operation.

    ....pretty easy to wire an Ego USB style charger as a connector. Then, plug it into the power source and attach the atomizer.

    If you cut the tube just above the battery.....the switch, battery, and bottom LED slides right out. Peel back the tape and all the connections are visible and intact.

    Issue with vv board

    I'd put Kapton Tape on the chipset to insulate/isolate it. The metal box is acting as a ground with the battery connector. What else in the circuitry is touching the box? That's what I would check

    When I use the click n ship online (USPS site), if an abbreviation is one character off I get the same error msg. If you have an abbreviation in your address, try changing it to the full spell out, save, and see if the error msg goes away. It's the only thing I can think of......

    Yeah, sacrifice a delrin drip tip to get the bottom piece and then friction it in a carto tube. I use a Dremel for EVERYTHING so a cutting disk works best; smooth off the edges after cutting to length.

    You're outside the reg's specs so it cuts off (protection circuit). How hot does the reg chip get? If it's a heat issue a heatsink will help quite a bit
