    New GG forum.

That's a good plan to keep people from wanting to join. Who wants to walk into a business that blocks their view of what's inside? I can understand having private sections of the forums, but not the entire site. Oh well, that's his business but it sure won't help attract members. Let's...

    Ufs v1

Inside the plastic housing (the center pin slides through them) are where the 2 2x1mm o-rings go....and watch the youtube vid of how to replace them. With my first GGTS I pushed the center pin out and then tried to cram it back in....tearing both. Some dumb mistakes are long remembered. lol

    Ufs v1

I see no real need to; just make sure the two contact ends are clean. A q-tip and alcohol to clean out the connector threads and center pin. It's easy for ejuice to dry and gunk up the connector. It's always a good idea to do regular maint on it to lube the 2 o-rings so that would be the...

Congrats and best wishes on the venture. One bit of advice if I may. Spend a good bit of effort on rules and steps to protect yourself since there is a buy/sell/trade section. Someone will get hurt feelings and hurt wallet sooner or later and it's best to make sure you are protected from...

How to Solder Question SMD components

I make an adapter to redirect airflow so I can use the draw control of the GGTS with any device I attach to the top of the end cap. Here's a couple of pics of SS tubing soldered to brass......both flow, both "stick", both are solid. It's the flux that makes the difference. I've found the...

How to Solder Question SMD components

I disagree.....regardless of the size; it's still metal to metal and you are connecting them with solder, flux cleans and provides the best solder flow. I flux every connection...but that's just my two cents worth. But, remember using the wrong flux can make things worse instead of...
