Hotcig DX75 (dna75)
Actually it's bc of the buttons on the evolve dna200/75 boards are mushy so mods that have their buttons directly on the board will have this problem. So it wasn't a dx200 only issue. -

This is my assumption as well. I like the device and honestly don't mind a functionless tcr since preset has 316 and ss is the only material I use with tc. It's their business practice with the false advertising of a functioning tcr and firmware upgrade pre release then retracting their claim... -
Tc mode question
temp control only coils aren't ideal for cloud chasing since you're regulating how hot the coils can get. Try 40-50W with a temperature cap of 480-520F- rice721

I remember seeing firmware updatable plastered everywhere for the sig213 prior to its release. Pretty sure even those reviewers said so themselves. At this point I'm doubting everything Sigelei is saying. Did those beta versions really have functional TCR? Is the issue really what they said it... -
Tc mode question
Bc if they are labeled ni200 the material of the coils will be nickel. Nickel when heated in power mode without an upper limit threshold in temperature can release fumes that are iffy for your health when inhaled.- rice721

Read that as well on the "other" forum. The magnets falling off is a pretty big deal imo considering the Q is marketed as a high end mod. But, as mentioned, I don't think anyone was expecting a consistent 200W from dual 18650s and to vape at 200W on a consistent daily basis seems to be on the... -

i watch mike, fagan, rip for their close ups to get a gauge of a hardwares form factor. It's hard to get a sense of that with just words or pictures sometimes. I watch busardo and djlsb for their bench tests, tc accuracy tests, hardware specifications. Reviews have their place just take...- rice721

You don't really notice the tcr/tfr function not working as intended unless you set both the preheat function and the temperature to a setting you wont normally Vape in. Thus the reason why not a lot of owners are actually complaining about it. -

:pop: In all seriousness I don't have buyers remorse with this one. However, it will probably be the last device I buy from Sigelei. Feels a bit shady on their part. [edit] Unless ofcourse they fix the TCR / TFR function, misfire, and garbled screen. -
