    Have you looked at the Istick Pico? It uses an external battery so you could pop an HG2 in there which should last longer than the 25R. It is a neat little unit. You could also check out the Tesla Nano 60w which has 3600mah dual Lipos.

    You could try adjusting the firing pin. Sometimes it gets pushed down and doesnt make connection with the atomizer. Did you drop it or something?

    I would say your battery is a bad one. I also think someone made a cheap knock off which may explain the poor performance. I would recommend taking it back and getting a replacement or a refund.

    If you are subohming 12mg juice i would HIGHLY recommend you drop it to 6. Most subohmers are at 6 or 3mg. If you want to stay at that mg of nicotine then you should move up from subohming especially if it is that uncomfortable. I assume you are direct lung inhaling and not mouth to lung...
