    With cotton less is more with these guys so don't stuff the juice chamber. Just two little dangly bits just above the juice channels and you will be in good shape. All to often people see videos with massive rolls of cotton used for dripping and get horrible results.

    Sounds like wicking issue maybe the juice is a bit heavy on the VG or to much wick on the coil. You need the right balance when it comes to coils or you get issues with certain juices. Other juices with differing viscosity may work fine but a well made coil should handle anything.
