Hummmm--Well, mine isn't filled, nor are any of the many pic's I've seen of others. Nor is there any acid caused discoloration in any I've had the privilege to see. If it is the way it is supposed to be, shouldn't there be more like it? Like in ALL of them? Just say'n. ;) Knife

    Anybody Using A Kabuki?

Woo-Hoo!!! I fixed the coils with the bad threads. Tried force. Nope. Tried chasing the threads with a micro jewelers file, Helped, but still not working properly.:-x Last ditch effort, I took them to the shop, and used black compound and polished the threads by turning the coil while polishing...

Official ProVari Radius Thread - Part 2

I'm not 360, but I can answer your question. The copper color on the brass fitting, is from acid flux used while soldering. (a little too much). which explains the completely filled gas escape hole. Again, a little too much. In this case, solder. The excess can be easily removed, by either...

    Anybody Using A Kabuki?

Thanks TearR. and Enaud. I've already chased the threads on the offending coils, and cleaned the threads in the device. Seems to be a slight difference in the pitch of the threads. My guess is that the coils, being brass based, are first threaded, and then plated. Unless plating is extremely...

Having a problem with the Aspire coil heads. Averaging 1-2 per pack that Will Not screw into the air tube. always use the counter clockwise to find the threads, still a no go. Even barely engaging the threads, requires a pair of pliers to remove. this is getting expensive! Grrrrrrr!!! :confused...
