The T4 works fine from 3.2V and up. Been having no problems even with unregulated bats that start off at 4.2V. Never had a single dry hit, but that will certainly depend on the e-liquid used, as with all devices. Just fill them and go. They are fast wickers. Still the best of the small clearos...
