If you're making a correction video, please don't call Vrms "actual voltage". It's not. A more correct description would be the "equivalent DC voltage". The statement that "scopes" can't measure Vrms acurately is also, in general, wrong. Both digital osciloscopes and "true RMS" voltmeters...- pmos69
