    Most lithium cells give 4.2V for a very short time when fully charged. Thy quickly drop to around 3.7V for most of the charge lifetime.

    Voltages measured without load: (Charged battery) - low: 3.15V - medium: 3.77V - high: 4.18V (Half charged battery) - low: 2.9V - medium: 3.5V - high: 3.9V (discharged + 1 minute charge) - low: 2.7V - medium: 3.2V - high: 3.6V

    One correction: The Bloog and Volt PCCs are the same as the smooooooooov ;) and will fit a 78mm battery. You might have seen the previous version of the PCC (the drop-in version) from any of these suppliers, but they were also the first ones to carry the new (screw-in) version of this PCC.

    Just saying thanks for the great customer service, again. Had received a mini PCC with a defective battery. Reported that and on my next order there they were: Not one but two PCC replacement batteries. Now that's good service.

    They seem to handle 4.2V just fine, but I usually don't see the need to go above 3.7V.
