    No, to get 12-18mg it HAS to be in PG or VG (or much rarer PGA). You see, PURE nicotine would not be qualified by mg/ml, it would just be pure 100% nicotine. The mg listed is how many milligrams of nicotine per milliliter of fluid, so you can't get pure nicotine at 12-18mg as the terms are...

    Resurrection! I missed out on this thread, but felt I had to post... I can't say my first computer was a room size vacuum tube model that only ran punch cards or anything, but I'm 27, and I have owned a super88, 5.25 to 5.25 drive, no hd, my grandfather gave me to take apart/rewire/whatever...

    mutagenic, and genotoxic??? are they really saying they've found DNA altering chemicals in ecigs? I would very much like to see their source on this.... And wouldn't the rats and mice the FDA tested inhaled PG on (before they approved it for use in medications) be those 'guinea pigs'...
