    Not necessarily, though they seem to carry the highest concentrations. I've got the list of diacetyl-containing flavorings from FlavourArt in my sig - it's an odd combination, for sure - so far FA seems to be the only flavor company commonly used by vapers which utilizes the diacetyl.
