You can't really have one without the other. You can have 1 million mah @ 1 volt and it wont help you out any you can't vape at 1volt. IF you have 3.7 volts a known good vaping voltage and say 1 mah well your only going to get half a hit out of that, then get really ...... off and have nicotine...
Microamps are expressed as uA . comes in handy when testing how much much your batteries are draining with your circuit in the off state. He does some micro amps testing in his shoot out in the video. Really watching that video is why i bought it. The reasons he didn't like it didn't really bug...
Looks like you got it. I edited it a bit , added the names of the pins and a gate and touch. Left out the resistor though wasn't a lot of room to work with.
Yeah it is a dual 18650 battery box with a USB opening. It is made for the batteries to be in Parallel. But a lot of folks use it with batteries in series.
They are 8 bucks shipped on ebay , from china . I dont know of anyplace in the states that caries them 18650 battery case 2 x parallel...
They are really called potentiometers or pots for short. They also do come in thumbwheels or some even have a dial like alot of volume controls they are potentiometers. They also come in a IC chip form that you can adjust with a push button switch.
Wires don't come in positive or negative...
What can i say i am a nerd for science or is that a science nerd. For my next experiment i will crack open a nice cold bottle of Samuel Adams Just to test it out to see if it tastes any different @ 12:24 am Arizona Time.
Yeah i believe it is the 28th. I believe AZ time is the same as Mountain time right now. So i get to pick a theme for avatars. Could we do like a molecule theme like the one i got now just pick out your favorite molecule. I got the one for nicotine so that one is already taken. :)
It can be done, Not ......ed at all. Best idea i heard all day Ok maybe all week. But for sure would work in stores and where ever else people might get hateful and try and start a lynch mob if they saw you vaping.
I wasnt too worried about true RMS so i just got one of these for 33 bucks. It will do everything a Fluke 115(besides RMS) will do Plus some. The VC99 will do uAmps. The best thing was that @ 33 bucks iI had money left over for Beer.

This will work with the 04050 booster chip Digi-Key - FDS8433ACT-ND (Manufacturer - FDS8433A)
Pchannel will switch the positive going to the booster . a N channel would switch the negative. So Pchannel is short for Positive channel . But from what i have read in here if you use a Nchannel the...
That would work For a single battery for stacked batteries you might want to go with something rated a bit higher. That mosfet is pretty small though so not going to be the easiest to solder. There is a few threads in here somewhere that has some good info on touch switches. Really all you have...
Mosfets would be P channel or Nchannel and yes one switches positive and one switches negative. PNP and NPN are usually in reference to transistors. They do act like a mosfet but they amplify the output voltage and cant handle lots of amps. As far as the 04050 chips people have been reporting...
Thats pushing it past 12 watts a bit. 6.18 volts with a atomizer/carto @ 2.5 ohms = 15.27 watts . 5.5 volts is about 12watts with a 2.5ohm atomizer. The humming is not uncommon a lot of folks report there's doing it. I ordered some 22k resistors. changing out the 10k with a 22k will Bring the...
This is what you want to look at not the ohms really( at least not for a simple touch switch)But for RDS on but the two voltages that i have underlined in green. You want your gate voltage to be between those two. Not the One underlined in red is just the gate threshold voltage. All that means...
You mean a irl3103 IF so those also have a low of RDS on 4.5 volts RDS on is what you want to look at that is when the Mosfet is fully closed. It will be on at a lower voltage but not fully closed or fully latched. IF it is not fully closed then you get heat issues. Most all data sheets of...
