    Cignot has a pretty great rep around here. Kinda doubt it is a knock off. Joye stuff is usually not marked or branded as such. But joye will brand suppliers stuff with a logo usually costs bit more. I think this might be a case of a joye product branded with a cignot logo.

    If a company lies about the mAh rating of their batteries. To me no matter how cheap they are they get a big old fail as a Brand. I personally wont buy anything but Japan or Korean Made li ions these days because they dont lie about the mah ratings or charge cycles.

    Charging a 4000mah battery on one of these small USB chargers is going to take forever. Well not forever but you looking at the least 10 hours. I guess if you sleep 10+ hours a day it could work out.

    Those will work for the regulator for sure. Never ordered samples from AVX so i couldn't tell you how long it would take to get them. Not all companies are like Ti when it comes to samples, more then once i have not gotten anything from sample requests.

    They are coming from China is one reason. They also will never get anywhere close to 3000 mah more like 2000mah in a real world test. They also exaggerate the amount of charges by about 3 times. You will be lucky to get 500 charges out of these batteries.
