Sounds good as long as the bottle didn't have any off smell. If the smell is neutral it looks like you may have identified a bottle rayon source again. :)- JeremyR

EHPro Bachelor RTA - single coil
Don't even know how it would leak through the wick area. Is it flooding into the well below or around the outside? If it's weeping around the air control ring you may need to change the upper base oring seal. It's easily damaged especially when brand new and dry. -

No Thinning isn't really necessary with this wick, but to allow more juice flow from the tank... I just wicked it and cut flush... Trim some out if needed, with 100vg I may take a slice off the side of the wick to open the flow in the channel a little more for me when it's cooler outside...- JeremyR

6+ months ago it would have been the airiest single coil tank available. Lol. The flavor isn't quite as good as the FEV. On a side note I popped the top cap off on mine yesterday.. See here.. She's back in action after a repair..- JeremyR

Yeah, I knew it was going to be the weak spot but took a chance, my 2 year old flash e-Vapor is indestructible so I'm kinda spoiled. But I expected more to break it off. There is plenty of room to cut threads if your inclined. Hard to find appropriate screw though to make it right, needs... -

Well, I had a problem. Had it I'm my pants side pocket and hit it on my steering wheel getting into the car... The top cap popped off! It's a short pin pressed in.. I straightened the pin and drove it back in pretty easily. It's working OK now. 26g k, 2.5mm, Rayon. -

I don't think there will be any damage done to the mod charging it at . 5 amps. It will just take 5+ hours. The wall adapter will get hot but not so much that anything should be damaged. The heat is alarming but it's not that hot really. I would use it for now, just charge when your around to... -

Stock coil is a behemoth. Your probably not feeding it near enough power to get it vaporizing well. Need at least 40-50w imo. Also the stock coil is mounted very high in the chamber, moving it down a little may help. Not sure how it can leak with 4mm of cotton stuffed into it and juice... -

Looks pretty good... From the angle I can tell the one on the right looks about right.. Depends how it feeds from tank, if it's not fast enough trim that angle all the way down to a point at the bottom to open it up more. See how it sets when wet down and in place. Trim again to even out...- JeremyR

On the side with the smaller uneven coil wraps only. iow, density looks good if the coil was even. You can see how much the wick sticks above that outer wrap on the left side. Charging at. 5 will add undue heat, mostly to the adapter and USB port. Not necessarily the batteries. You can do a charge to get it going. Maybe charge for an hour or two at a time only. I found it needs at least .75 amp to charge in a timely fashion without excessive heat As suggested many... -

Focus on taste not looks. :) The discoloration looks mostly like condensate. If you look at the condensate drop on the center post it's a match... You don't want the tails to touch the chamber walls of you'll get more discoloration like that. There appears to be a little bit of back flow...- JeremyR

I cut two pieces of foam that fit on either side of the spool and alternate pulling them to get my length without losing it.. Yeah @Zakillah mine ss is 430 - by what your saying the 304 must be sweet! It's on my radar for the future.- JeremyR

That coil was gigantic, tried it but just not my style took a few warm up hits to get good vapor. Currently a 2.5mm kanthal coil. It's only my second build on it, first was 3mm. Running 94%vg. Have only cut the tails off flush so far and it's kept up. May Tweek more next wick.- JeremyR

What you have there may work just fine for you. I see no major problems so far. Looks very good for a first try. Refinement can always come in the future. The main thing at first is just getting enough density in the coils and some cut on the tails. Tails longer than cut yes or no.. Either...- JeremyR

Step 6 is optional, as stated this can cause an issue on some atties if you blow too hard, or if the pressure hasn't stabilized in the tank it can make it burp, and possibly push out a short tail. Looking pretty decent so far. Try it out, if you have any problems inspect the deck. If it...- JeremyR
