    Sisig is probablymy favorite. It's traditionally made with minced pieces of pig's head. It gets served with a raw egg on top, and you mix it throughout the meat. The temp. of the meat cooks the egg a bit, so it's almost like fluffly stuffing.

    I did feel out of place w/o a Stainless Ming! If you get to make it over, be sure to get in touch with the Manila Vapers! This was my fourth trip, but first enoucter with them. Fingers crossed for a return work trip! They were such a fun group!

    You are correct! LOL! But yes, Fillipino food is some of the tastiest stuff in town. Between some of their adventerous pork dishes and their amazingly fresh mangoes, I certainly don't go hungry while I'm there. If anyone has a good Sisig recipe, feel free to invite me over for dinner! :)
