    Did you soak in hot water AFTER dryburning? It's necessary to get rid of the burnt taste.

    Suggestions on how to make a better wick? I, too, have the Octopus from MBV. I know it is made of aluminum, so making the air hole bigger might be easy, but not sure how to make a better wick. Is there a good video for this?

    I keep meaning to ask you Dude, WHAT possessed you to buy Jackfruit in the first place? It's an odd Asian flavor that most people are not familiar with. I liken it to someone buying Durian Juice (which IS out there somewhere.)

    Interesting idea, but I have so many juices, I'd have to catalog them in a database. Then I'd be too lazy to look up the flavor info :laugh: I just like having the details on the labels, although my eyesight is getting so sucky, I can't read them unless I put them up to my eyes REAL CLOSE.

    Everybody else knows this story, but it begs repeating for Hill . . . Tried Bacon in a DIY mix from MBV - Maple, Bacon, Waffle - thought it would be good - NOPE. Steeped for 2 months now - still, all I taste is burnt bacon (this was 2 parts maple, 1 part bacon, 1 part waffle.)

    BTW, packing tape on the bottles does NOT keep the labels from getting wet in the UC. I discovered this about 30 minutes ago, lol. Learn from my lesson :blink:

    I have 4 different bottles of WC (in varying nics and ages). I have used mine from the mail, but it does get darker as it ages. I don't have a problem using it right away though.
