Nice. I'll pass it on. Lucky punk found one so I will have to live vicariously through him. Looks dike the Dicodes have dried up.

TC beyond Ni200: Nickel Purity, Dicodes; Ti, SS, Resistherm NiFe30; Coefficient of Resistance

Is their a trick to getting temp control to work? A friend of mine is asking me. He can't get it to stick. I'm trying to troubleshoot through text.... For a device I don't have. lol. Edit: Seems his device won't work in Fahrenheit. Is this normal?

    DNA 200 Watt

Perhaps permission wasn't granted? Maybe Rip wasn't supposed to post that picture. lol. Doubt it, but one never knows. Until Evolv speaks, we're just having one big speculation jerk. Heck, perhaps the chip is ready for prime time now. Perhaps it's not.

    DNA 200 Watt

I honestly don't think 40 watts was enough to get the warmth. Either lack of wicking or airflow bottlenecked the warmth. With more wattage one can get there instantly darn near. We may just have to adjust our temps. when you think about it, 400 degrees is hot.

    DNA 200 Watt

This is true. However, look no further than the cell phone, pc, and video game market to see what's wrong with this plan. Evidently mod makers have these chips in hand and unless there's a way for them to update these chips before release, the beta is what the initial buyers will get...

    DNA 200 Watt

Exactly. Plenty of work to do. The main gripe was the preheat being too much, which is a problem if you don't have a pc, since from what I understand, the preheat can be adjusted. Heck, it probably will be by, or close to launch. As for positives? Well, they all agreed that it's the first...

    DNA 200 Watt

I didn't see it that way at all. Of course, every single one of your posts in this thread have been negative so it's easy to see why you'd think that. I can't stop you from posting in this thread, but it's obvious that you have no intention of purchasing the product so I'm scratching my head...

    Temperature control chips from China???????????

    DNA 200 Watt

lol. None of them know the science behind lipo. They just took the 900 mah number and equated it to an ego battery basically. That's why I never watch those shows. Most of them know nothing more than I do and they have the device.

Snow Wolf 200w With Temp Control

Well, it would be a first if a USA made board didn't use Fahrenheit and would sure surprise me. In fact, it will never happen.

Hana Modz One -- Maybe what the rDNA 40 should have been?

No. I would rather carry an extra battery and get a smaller form factor.

    It actually is. A 2100 3s lipo is like a 6300 mah 18650
