    According to the fraud guy I just talked to he says it is a test charge to make sure the number is a good one. Later they will clean out your account. Editing to add that I have never shopped at Target with this card. I do most through Paypal and I shop at Amazon with it.

    Just talked to my banks fraud dept. I said I wanted to dispute the charge and he mentioned cancelling the card. I said I didn't want to do that at Christmas. He explained that the $9.84 is a test and later they will empty your account. So cash only Christmas it is.

    Yeah Lung hits are the way. I do lung hit my drippers and a guy let me rip his 134 the other day with a .6 ohm build and I couldn't believe the cloud. He also had a huge air hole drilled. I am waiting for my mech to get here so I can do it. I am noot a cloud chaser but I do take big hits.
