i know rubber v silicone have their own advantages in different situations and configurations
the seal that you have leaking could it work better if it was rubber rather than silicone
is it a round o-ring or different profile is it under compression or just a barrier seal
i know its a bit off base but many years in the automotive industry
there was a noticable effect that mineral and synthetic oils had on rubber o-rings and seals etc
ie some rubber o-rings would swell and deform due to different cleaning addatives in the newer synthetic oils so more silicone...

start low work ya way up on the wattage a couple at a time and take a good few hits at each setting before you increase again and then when ya start to feel the dry and next burnt taste back it down a couple
you will find ya own sweet spot

shop around and you will want for more than just a couple of flavors and they will also vary in flavor from one vendor to another
its good to switch things about when talking flavors as some are a great ADV (all day vape) but ya taste buds will want a change every so often as they will numb to...
could you please explane more what you mean has anyone covered this before
the thead title mentions lubricant & sealer also silicone seals
the VG in our juice seems to be great for both lubricating and sealing the seals on tanks and atty
seals etc if thats what you are refering to
+1 on more PG for a better throat hit
i have also found that higher VG mutes the throat hit to some extent
there are a lot of threads in the juice section on here about those who use 0 nic still get some good throat hit with 50/50 mixes and higher on the PG side of things
as the others have said if you look after them they can last a while
i tend to rebuild the occ heads and the coil i have in at present is going two and bit weeks so far

SSSSHHHHHHH
i think it has something to do with that philadelphia experiment
its a hole it the space time continum thingumy bob
the FLUX CAPACITOR didnt fully discharge and still holds some residue
hence why things just tend to get stuck and linger for a while
sorry i just couldnt resist it
its also funny when watching some reviews on youtube when the person clearly has no idea what they are talking about and its as if to them it is a special feature that not all others have
it just cracks me up what some will do for a little bit of the limelight
fasttech is prob the best you will find for great prices
if i cant wait and dont mind paying a few extra bucks MVS has some great prices and fast delivery time
just shop around if you you cant wait
also remember the more time spent looking is time wasted as it could be in the post
