I don't understand why you want to regulate e-cigarettes and e-liquid as if it posed the same risk as traditional, combustible tobacco products when every ingredient in e-liquid when purchased separately is FDA approved already.
E-liquid contains propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin...
One way to solve the problem of people equating vaping with smoking is to provide not only a designated smoking area, but also a separate area for vaping--indoors! When people see that vapor doesn't do them any harm, save for those few unfortunate souls suffering from chemical sensitivies...
I don't get it. According to the self-styled expert on tobacco control, "Dr." glANTZ, you can't put FDA-approved USP nicotine, FDA-approved PG, FDA-approved VG, and FDA-approved flavoring together to make e-juice, even though every ingredient in e-juice is FDA approved when sold and distributed...
I have the same problem with my roomie. He has trouble breathing when he's in the same room with my vaping.
He was in the hospital for trouble breathing, among other stuff. When I took him to the hospital, I was vaping and he suddenly struggled to breathe. Same when I was vaping in the car...
Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but they're not entitiled to their own facts.
Trouble is, the ANTZ are making up facts as they go along, trying to dictate policy with their propaganda and lies bought by the 55-gallon drum.

Given the results of the survey, the cigalikes ought to be more tightly regulated than egos and mods. If those politicians had any common sense, they wouldn't try to impose a de facto ban on mods and real juice.
