    Also I'm gonna hope your using it on an ego or something with protection instead of a mech. Only saying that since you don't have an ohm tester yet for safety.

    Sounds like a bad coil if you haven't used it before. Bad coils aren't uncommon for any premade heads unfortunately.

    Wrap a micro coil with cotton wick in the protank and it helps with flavor.

    Vapen tobacco flavors have never tasted good to me with the exception of ry4, dktab and 555. As for the decent vapen flavors I have found so far..     If your not in a rush fasttech has the igo-l for like $6 I think and comes with a nice drip tip. Seems better than the igo-l I bought locally since the airhole is higher. Otherwise the trident from there is better and has adjustable airflow that actually works.

    I love my trident so ordered another, the only issue is the middle tube is a pita to get on after wrapping a coil. The adjustable airflow is great.

    IGO-L Issue?

    The only time I had that issue with a micro was when I tried placing the coil out closer to the outside, so I moved it closer to the centre and problem solved.
