You said you purchased this particular flavor before? If that's correct, can I assume it didn't give you headaches then? It can be hard to say what may be giving people headaches under normal circumstances; certains flavors, additives, or base ingredients ect., but this looks all kinds of funky... -

Don't vape eliquid with oil in it. That's always been my understanding.. Regardless, if your getting headaches, toss it! -
