    If you are using prefilled cartomizers there should be no problems like you are describing. If you are definately using cartos perhaps you could add a bit more juice to the cartomizer?     I wouldn't worry about not getting it before Christmas. The first sale LF was a bit overwhelmed, but I just ordered another for my sister in law on Dec 8 and it is out for delivery today. I love my Rivas even more than my egos.

    I use a slim eyeglass hard case I picked up at CVS. It's a bit long, but my 510 Mega fit perfectly in it, so it's not too large. It is big enough that it won't set the button off and the ego will roll from side to side and there is also room for a couple 3ml bottles.
