    cypress, the LiFePo4 batteries don't have a protection circuit because they aren't as volatile as li-ion technology. pander, I do see the difference but I am surprised this is causing the V3 to not work. Is there a spring in the V3 that you can stretch out a tad to compensate? Thanks Rob

    Well I'm going to start out with standard 901 (SLB), 801 (SLB) and 510 (TRUE JoyeTech). Once these come in I'll bump up on the LR atomizers. Someone mentioned HV 510's. Any particular brand? Joye refuses to make them for some reason.

    It's tough to get an accurate measurement but I measured up to 16.99mm on my AW 17670's. Of course they are -not- perfect cylinders and may vary from battery to battery by a tad.

    Never ever force a battery into a mod. You are taking a very serious risk if you strip the insulation from the lead that runs down the side of protected batteries. This could result in a short that you cannot stop once it's wedged in there.

    I wouldn't recommend the LR 2.0's at 6v, but I use the normal ones at 6v daily. The key with any of them is keep them wet. I drip smoke on mine.

    I've been real impressed with them also. I was very leery of LR cartomizers at first...and then I finally tried some. Great output and not a lot of burning like I expected to see.
