    Bulli A2-T

Mine (from the 9/30 bunch) were an attempted delivery Saturday - I had to wait until today to go to the post office! Got an A-2 T and an A-2 TM. So far have only tried the A-2 T. Using as delivered. But I'm thinking I should have gotten two of each. :vapor:

    Bulli A2-T

Wing, there appears to be one slight flaw in this: I believe the necessary air hole is drilled in the spike section of the A-2T and A-2TM Bullis, not in the upper tank section. You could probably drill a hole in that upper section in order to make it work as a dripper without using the spike...

Why has noone made/ carry a 6V screwdriver converstion kit

I got one from him, via the UK forum, so the fact that he is based in the UK/Thailand doesn't matter. And yes the SD is all mechanical, but Graeme just doesn't think stacking batteries for 6 V is wise (in any mod). There are obviously differing opinions on that.

    Tight/constricted chest

Has she just ceased use of cigarettes? This symptom of chest tightness is a common symptom of nicotine withdrawal. Coupled with the fact that most e-cig users are getting less nicotine than when they smoked (can well be as little as 1/10 the amount, puff for puff), chest tightness on first...

Why has noone made/ carry a 6V screwdriver converstion kit

Thescott made and sold an SD extender. Not designed for 6 volt vaping, but for use of an 18650 battery. Some people have used two 3 volt CR123s with it though, but that would be at your own risk (the scott does not recommend it). See it here...

American Lung Association lies about risks/benefits of different tobacco products (including e-cigs)

Higher than what? In any event the "inhalation" application is approved at 25% concentration in the inactive ingredients database I referred you to. (It's the "nasal spray" that is approved at 20%). Unfortunately, the database does not name the products in which those concentrations of PG...

American Lung Association lies about risks/benefits of different tobacco products (including e-cigs)

Then you didn't really look at the EPA document I cited. It is a "Reregistration Eligibility Decision" issued in 2006 (because PG had been approved and in common use for air sanitation for decades before laws enacted in the 80's and 90's required review and reapproval of such uses)...

American Lung Association lies about risks/benefits of different tobacco products (including e-cigs)

Not to mention the use for over 50 years of propylene glycol as an air sanitizer in hospitals, major transportation centers and food establishments, among other places. http://www.epa.gov/oppsrrd1/reregistration/REDs/propylene_glycol_red.pdf Or the incredible number and variety of consumer...

American Lung Association lies about risks/benefits of different tobacco products (including e-cigs)

No. You are wrong. Both PG and VG (glycerin in general) are approved for innumerable uses in cosmetics, foods, and drugs. As for FDA approval for use in pharmaceutical products, both are approved for the following applications, in concentrations ranging from 1% all the way to 98.09%...

    Rochester area chit-chat

Thanks Zen, but so do you! And so are you! But, there is something I can't wait to show you guys. The reason I bought Karen's SD is that it is an SD MkII, and all my other ones are Trog's originals, slightly smaller, so they only use 16340 batteries. Well, I had been dreaming about...

Scientific Publication: Analysis of Electronic Cigarette’s Cartridges (Trehy et al. 2011)

Spazmelda, I didn't mean they were necessarily labeled mg per ml. What I meant was that when any label says a given quantity of nicotine, such as 18 or 12 mg, what is meant is 18 or 12 mg per ml. We all know this, but the researchers apparently didn't (but they should have made it their business...

Yep, ND means not detected. Also look at Figure 7 - but pay careful attention to the numbers along the vertical axis. They make it look like the same amounts found, because the visual spike is the same height - but the amount at the top of the spike in the graph for the cigarettes is 100, and...

That's why a change to the percentage standard in labeling is so necessary. That is, 18 mg eliquid should actually be labeled as having 1.8% nicotine content. It is only relatively recently that some eliquid sellers, notably in the US like Puresmoker, have switched to such percentage labeling...

Scientific Publication: Analysis of Electronic Cigarette’s Cartridges (Trehy et al. 2011)

Elaine, take another look at Table 2. I think that the only carts that may truly have been significantly off are the Cixi carts, especially those labeled to contain no nicotine but that did contain varying amounts. Otherwise, what this paper shows is the utter absurdity and ignorance of the...
