When I started smoking I thought I would just have one now and again. I went from one or two a week to three to five a day. I was what is known as a light or casual smoker, but I STILL NEEDED those 3 smokes a day. If I were you, I would just get some nicotine-free juice and steer clear away from...
nova eliquide chocolate, but not out of choice, for religious reasonsit's the only eliquid I found that is alcohol-free. It's alright, but I do feel like I'm missing out, like the famous mount baker brand - everyone raves about it.
Hi all
Right now I'm vaping 5MG, but was thinking of going down to 3MG, and then 0MG. Only thing is I keep wondering what the point would be of vaping 0MG juice. I mean there's no hit and it seems like a waste of money, is vaping in of itself without nicotine a pleasurable experience? I'm...
I'd say in the first few weeks vape as much as you want. You'll start to vape less naturally. That's what I found in my case anyway, it was exciting the first few weeks, but now I've cut down, but I didn't have to make a conscious effort to, it sort of just happened. Good luck.
I like all of the reviewers on YouTube. I watch more than one review when I'm deciding on a product. I add more weight to PBusardo's reviews because he's more thorough and uses that battery test software. I also find he identifies more flaws in a product than other reviewers.
For me after the third week my asthma stopped flaring up, and for the first time I could walk briskly without needing my inhaler. I now walk thirty minutes a day for exercise. I'm sure I could do way more, but I've always been a bit on the lazy side.
Good luck and hope you stay off analogs...
Hi all,
Since I quit smoking I've put on weight (7.5 pounds).
If I increase my nicotine level, will this curb my appetite
Will changing to a tobacco flavour help?
I couldn't even inhale into my lungs at first. It was too painful. Then I tried a tip I found here. Basically, I purse my lips and keep the inhale steady, and suck in my cheeks, and just allow the vapor to make it's way down. I don't force it. I was amazed, for the first time I got that familiar...
I've settled on my current set up, but I'm always checking YouTube for reviews and have been going through the "Send us a picture of your set-up" thread, and have been tempted, but I think I'm forming a healthy obsession, ANYTHING that keeps you off the analogs is a good thing in my book.
Actually, after vaping for a while today I now much prefer the MVP. I thought being able to vape without pressing a button would make it more similar to smoking an analog, but now I'm missing the control. Plus, I like the three click MVP on and off feature, especially as there are children in...
Yes, it lights up on the end when you draw on it, but it's not one of those cheap and nasty cigalikes. IThe battery is quite decent at 1300mah. I bought it off ebay:
